I am currently at 169.5 lbs and 21% body fat and 79% lean mass 133.9 lbs. I am at an average range of body fat i.e between 17% and 25%. I would like to be in the healthy range between 14% and 17% range. I have to loose 7lbs of fat, and approx of overall 10lbs of weight. My target is end of march at rate of 1lb per week.
