The goal is to do 25+ miles per week since I am not doing any other activity like biking or cycling. I dont intend to do so, I can account for that once I do add something else. The runs are mostly to loose weight with the goal of doing 16-19 miles in weekdays and 8-10 miles on weekend to get over the 25 mile marker. Also every month i must do one 11-13 miles run to keep in shape.
